Throughout the celebration, enjoy special à la carte dishes inspired by the spirit and flavors of Día de los Muertos, including Luz de Mar Tiradito with salmon, seabass, saffron aguachile and mango relish; Fuego del Sol Short Rib with achiote-braised short rib, charred poblano cheese enchilada and plantain purée; and Amanecer Pumpkin Brûlée with piloncillo pumpkin crème brûlée, salted caramel ice cream and pepita brittle.
For a more immersive experience, gather around the table for a special five-course culinary journey inspired by El Sol — the sun, and the source of corn, fire, color and time. Created by acclaimed chef Richard Sandoval, this intimate experience is available for groups of up to eight guests and is priced at USD 180 per guest. Reservations are required.
