Meet Paul Peddle, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Houston. Born and raised on the East Coast of Canada, Paul discovered an interest in cooking at the young age of 13. His culinary journey started with his role as a dishwasher at Stone House, a small restaurant located in his home town. One night, Paul decided to stay behind after his shift to help cook on the line, and the rest is history. Chef Peddle is eager to be at the helm of all the exciting happenings ahead and is looking forward to be cooking and dining in one of the most globally inspired and dynamic food cities in the world.
